I just had an unexpected 1 star review posted to my GMB profile from a request that Review Harvest sent out. I was under the impression that this platform would give us the opportunity to reach out to dissatisfied customers before those types of reviews were posted on GMB. Is that not the case?

Pretty sure that’s not the case. Even without RH if you receive a google review you don’t have an option to resolve it before they post it. They post it and the most you can do is try and reach out them and see if you can resolve it and get them to change their review.

Social Posting Story Feeds Not Displaying Correctly
@Clay Lawrence Hey! Are you aware of any issues with the Social Posting to Stories not displaying correctly when you change the background color? I see it keeps reverting the background to white even though I changed it to green. It's the same issue with Instagram and Facebook stories
