Happy Saturday Klaudia, I’m enjoying my Saturday with my 2 little kids at ballet, the library and the park/ playground. I do hope you feel better. ❤️‍🩹 and are 💯 better in no time flat.

Ballet was fun. We finally got our theme and it’s gold. And they are doing a song by owl city called gold. And her dress will be gold.

Morning Meditation
Good morning 🔥🔥 We have been chatting a lot about struggles with staying in the present moment recently and how our mind keeps us distracted. Grounding meditations, visualisation of trees or even working on your Root Chakra can be a fantastic way to bring you back to present moment. This was my meditation for this morning, made me feel really grounded for the day 😊 Let me know in the comments what type of tree came up for you. Redwood tree. Very Tall and strong with some branches torn off at the bottom with a little sap coming out. Yes I have shallow roots but they reach far and wide binding to other Redwoods within my reach. Within the huge circle of roots I collect the nutrients I need from other redwoods and what comes down to be shared amongst us all…..
