Summer Accountability Challenge INFO
☀️ Welcome to the Hustle Summer Accountability Challenge! We're excited to have you here! Starting July 6, we'll officially kick off our Summer Accountability Challenge, running all the way through August 31. The goal is simple... Stay consistent. This challenge isn't about being perfect or following some extreme fitness plan. It's about building better habits, staying accountable, and supporting one another throughout the summer. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve your nutrition, increase your daily activity, or simply avoid falling off track this summer, this challenge is for you. 📚 Your Resources Are Ready! We've created a complete Summer Accountability Challenge Classroom for you. Be sure to take a few minutes before July 6 to go through each section. Inside you'll find: ✅ Welcome & Rules ✅ Daily Accountability Tracker ✅ Weekly Check-In Information ✅ Workout Resources (Gym & Home) ✅ Nutrition Resources ✅ Point System & Prizes These pages are here as your reference throughout the challenge, so you can come back to them anytime. 💬 Where Do I Post? All daily participation will happen on the MAIN COMMUNITY PAGE—not inside the Classroom. Every morning, I'll post an official Daily Accountability Check-In, and every Sunday I'll post our Weekly Check-In. Simply comment under those posts with your updates. Keeping everyone in one thread each day will make it easier to support one another, celebrate wins, and build a stronger community. 🏆 Remember... You'll earn points by consistently completing your daily and weekly tasks, and at the end of the challenge we'll crown our Top 3 participants! 🥇 1st Place Recovery Room AND Tanning Membership Upgrade 🥈 2nd Place Choose ONE Membership Upgrade: - Recovery Room - Tanning 🥉 3rd Place Choose ONE Membership Upgrade: - Recovery Room - Tanning More importantly, you'll spend the next eight weeks building habits that can last a lifetime. This challenge isn't about competing against everyone else.

Love this! I’ve always joked I don’t need a personal trainer - I need someone to follow me around and slap food out of my hand. 😉 Daily accountability will help me no end. 💕
For the quiet kids in the back…
Alright Hustlers… I’m calling you all out a little bit 😂 We’ve had some awesome interactive posts lately but a lot of people are still lurking in the shadows 👀 The whole goal of Hustle 24/7 isn’t just posting workouts and nutrition tips. It’s building a group where everybody actually gets involved, supports each other, asks questions, shares wins, struggles, goals, progress, recipes, workouts… all of it. We genuinely want to get to know every single person in here. The more active you are, the more value you’ll get from this group. And honestly… your questions and comments might help somebody else more than you realize. So if you haven’t yet: ✅ Go back and interact with some of the older posts ✅ Answer the questions ✅ Drop comments ✅ Introduce yourself ✅ Share your goals No judgement in here. Everybody starts somewhere 💪 Andddd… little teaser 👀☀️ We’ve got a FREE Summer Accountability Challenge coming very soon. Daily check-ins, motivation, workouts, nutrition, community support, and a way to keep everyone locked in through the summer instead of falling off. More details coming soon 😎🔥

I was trying to come up with my own accountability reasons to keep me motivated over the summer so I’d made a list of all the parties (where I’ll see people I haven’t seen in years) plus various visits from UK relatives upcoming this summer and fall. ANYTHING to keep me on the wagon. 😉
Fill me in!
Quick check-in for everyone in Hustle 24/7 👊 Let’s get some activity going in here today. Comment below: ✅ what you trained today (or what you PLAN to train) ✅ one healthy thing you’ve done today ✅ and one thing you struggled with lately Remember:Nobody is perfect. Most people struggle with consistency, motivation, cravings, busy schedules, stress, injuries, or simply getting started again. That’s why this community exists. To support each other. To stay accountable. To improve together. Even small wins matter. YOU vs YOU.

Today is cardio day - Zumba! One healthy thing - have already had 3 litres of water Struggle: I’ve already tracked what I plan to eat today - If I stick with it, all is great, but my ‘witching hour’ is right after work…
Let’s get to know everyone a little better.
I warned you! We are going to strive to keep everyone engaged...Let's get everyone involved right now. We are building a community here! Comment below: - your age - your goals - biggest struggle with fitness/nutrition - how long you’ve been training Remember:YOU vs YOU

-52 -strength-training to support mobility and post-menopausal health -biggest challenge is nutrition. I’m either on the wagon or off. And when I’m off, I’m WAY off 😖 -15+ years

@Aaron Dawson this past month I’ve been struggling nutrition-wise. Snacking on chocolate, visiting dairy bars etc. But then my knees get inflamed and the pain isn’t worth it - so back on track now. 😉 Luckily regularly working out isn’t something I struggle with so that’s my saving grace.
Tip for Consistency
Using a Dream/Realistic/Minimum or flexible success framework is my go to for folks struggling with consistency! Your dream week is the version where everything lines up. It is your ideal expression of working toward goals but it is a north star not a baseline. Your realistic week is the one you hit the most often It's sustainable and honest. Your minimum week is the smallest version of success, even on your worst week you can achieve this. When success has more than one version your brain stops defaulting to "I failed, I'll try again next week." It keeps you moving instead of starting over. None of us need more ways to notice failure, we need more ways to win!

Oh Elizabeth I love that mentality! I am guilty of setting lofty goals then being hard on myself if/when I don’t meet them. I’m going to switch my mindset…
