@Rebecca Marie hi Rebecca thanks so much for your sharing in the nervous system and Breath regulation module. We’re gonna go deep into variety of different tools to stimulate parasympathetic nervous system but even just coherent breathing about six seconds in six seconds out has also been proven to stimulate that, but then of course, if we have anxiety if we have fear and or deeper threat, then we go a bit deeper in the following videos to completely teach you how to regulate your nervous system there will be variety of other very powerful practices to do so thanks again

@John Gallegos THank you for sharing this is great news and absolutely no worries about the third part. Best start observing these 3 tools during your everyday life. For example while driving, typing on email or even if you watch TV. This will start brining your conscious mind to the forefront of your life and awareness or also AKA vitality will be rushing into your relaxed body back. This will allow you to stay relaxed more in the regulated state. So proud of you!

Read this before downloading the files...... Most people have been taught that manifestation is about setting goals, visualizing outcomes, and trying harder. That approach works sometimes…but often at a cost: Burnout Inconsistency Self-doubt Or success that doesn’t last. Here in Earth 2.0, we are doing something different. We are not teaching manifestation as wishful thinking or pressure-driven goal chasing. We are teaching manifestation as coherence. Why coherence matters more than goals Your nervous system decides what is safe to hold.
