Weekly AI News Recap
I wanted to quickly share two big AI updates from this past week that could have a major impact on how we work with language models and coding tools. Let’s dive in: ✅1. Reflection 70B - A New Open-Source Language Model✅ Reflection 70B is making waves in the AI community as an open-source large language model (LLM) that stands out due to its innovative self-correction capabilities. Here’s what you need to know: 👉🏼 Reflection-Tuning: The model uses a technique that allows it to recognize and correct its mistakes, reducing errors and improving reasoning. 👉🏼 Performance: Reflection 70B is competitive with some of the top closed-source models like GPT-4 and Claude 3.5, showing impressive results in certain benchmarks. 👉🏼 My Two Cents: This is especially exciting because it’s built on Lama’s open-source model. If open-source models like this can keep up or outperform paid models, we might not need to pay for others like ChatGPT. One downside is that the self-reflection feature increases token usage, which could be a problem, but it’s still a big step forward. ✅2. Replit Agent - New AI-Powered Coding Assistant✅ Replit has introduced an AI agent designed to assist in software development. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned coder, this tool can help build applications from scratch using natural language prompts. 👉🏼 How it Works: The Replit Agent is currently in early access for Core and Teams users. You can input prompts, and the agent handles coding and prototyping for web-based apps. 🧐 Our Test: We’re currently testing it, and it’s a huge leap forward. You give it one description, and it builds the entire application—including the file structure and package installations. This is much more advanced than other coding agents that only generate bits of code. We’ll let you know how it holds up after more testing! RESOURCES: - Replit - llama Reflection 70B

- The Reflection 70B sounds interesting. Some articles are saying that there may be some issues with it being authentic. We shall see once the smoke clears...
Real Estate Automation
I came across your Real Estate Automation video on YouTube and really liked how you presented it, which led me here. I'm not new to SEO, but I have not made use of Make.com yet, even though I've had access for a while, so you opened my eyes up with that tutorial. That, plus my sister recently started a new career in Real Estate, so I'm looking at ways to potentially help her out, and I'm not sure that 'traditional SEO' is the right path (ranking a web page). But the content creation you showed may be more helpful to her - wondering about applying it on a per property basis (individual properties, not developments like the example). I kind of cruised through it quickly to get a sense of it, and need to go back and watch more closely at the process and the outputs. I also have a close friend in mortgage lending and I'll be trying to think of if/how I might apply this for him. Open to hearing what others may have in mind for these niches.
