I'm not new to SEO, but I have not made use of Make.com yet, even though I've had access for a while, so you opened my eyes up with that tutorial. That, plus my sister recently started a new career in Real Estate, so I'm looking at ways to potentially help her out, and I'm not sure that 'traditional SEO' is the right path (ranking a web page). But the content creation you showed may be more helpful to her - wondering about applying it on a per property basis (individual properties, not developments like the example).
