Any advice be helpful
Hey guys, I’ve been Detailing for the last six months but all I do is just interior clean and exterior but I want to start doing buffing and ceramic coatings is there somewhere I can learn how to do this stuff properly? I have been practising on a bonnet I got from the wreckers I’m located in (Western Australia Perth) if anyone knows anybody who teaches this stuff Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions 😁

Give A Fuck Factor
As business owners we all care about our work because we know the impact it can have by making sure our service is fucking good! Employees need to be reminded constantly of that and we need to remind ourselves as business owners that we work for them We make sure they have a job, a pay check and a liveable wage. it’s our job to communicate that in order for us to hold up our end of our job they have to hold up their end The same thoughts go into our customers too - they don’t know how much time and effort goes into a detail because if they can clean a home in 2 hours surely we can clean a car quicker than that We need to educate and inform our customers of this especially when you have an extra dirty car rock up to your door step. My thoughts - always assume people need to be reminded, just because I get sick of repeating myself doesn’t mean my customers or employees do

Yeh that’s true I was only just thinking about that the other day because at some point I’m gonna need another worker but I’m worried that if I choose the wrong person they might not get the job done probably and then that reflects bad on my business and yeah the timeframe sometimes some customers don’t understand why it takes so long but you just gotta agree with them and give them what they want because they are the ones who’s paying my bills so I normally try not to say anything and just agree with them because I don’t want to scare them away especially at the point where I’ve barely have customers

Advice
I’m looking for some advice. I have recently got a contract with a small company. They have about 10 cars. All they are looking for is just basic cleaning and wash how do I go about pricing? Only reason why I asked this is because there are multiple cars do I give them some sort of discount pair a car? Please feel free to give suggestions and thanks in advance.

Struggling bad for getting in jobs at the moment. Ads are not doing it for me. Could really use some help on what sort of ads/marketing i should run. Generic flyer type or more in depth?

Do you think that’s the best way to go to get more customers? Just asking because it does really actually make sense I think that’s something what I might give a go
