Today is that day of the week where I am in the office. It is a terrific day to have come in also. The new Senior Capture Manager started 2 weeks ago and it is someone that I ran into at a meetup for Proposal Professionals a couple of years ago. Chris is a great public speaker and another well dressed gentleman, so I now have someone to talk clothing with at work. Today, some friends of ours are playing live, jazz-adjacent music at a favorite, local restaurant, so I'll be taking a slightly extended lunch break. Today's outfit features another Bonobos sportscoat that shouldn't have been fully lined. It's a navy glen check with a burgundy/purple over-check seersucker jacket. I had my tailor turn it into a half-lined jacket and adjust the sleeves. Paired with a cotton polo and linen trousers, this should be just cool enough for today's jazzy lunch...
