This morning, I’m grounding myself in perspective. I remind myself that work is important no doubt but it’s not the center of my identity. At work, I’m replaceable, no matter how much effort I put in. But at home, I’m irreplaceable. My family my wife, my sons they’re my heart. If I were gone, their world would be forever changed. So today, I’m making the conscious choice: I’ll give my best at work, but when I step into my home, I’m fully present. This is where my real life is lived, and today, I’m living it with intention.
