Great! I'm looking forward to perusing the shelves.
📚✨ If I wrote a book tomorrow… which one would you read first?
1️⃣ A Soft Reset Guide For women tired of fixing themselves and ready for gentler ways to feel good. (Doable 10min self care) 2️⃣ Midlife Stories from the Lounge Chair Real-life tales, laughter, wisdom, and the occasional emotional plot twist. (Funny humorous shorts from my midlife Chronicles' blogs) 3️⃣ Bringing Back Connection How to feel less alone in a distracted, always-on world. (Aka pen paling and letter writing) Honestly asking because sometimes the next chapter starts as a tiny poll on the internet. 👀 Vote below ⬇️📚

I was deciding between 1 and 2 and settled on 1, understanding that your intended audience is women. I think preaching self-acceptance is so important to women. Too much media and sales campaigns are predicated on making the potential customer feel worthless so they can be saved by [x] product. I like your angle of addressing people who are tired of fixing themselves. This is the audience most needing the message of self-acceptance.
In the Company of Those Who Finished the Story
Some time back I was able to attend several book signings in and around Houston and Dallas, Texas. There’s something special about walking into a room full of authors—and realizing you belong there too. I had the joy of meeting fellow writers who didn’t just dream about stories… they sat down, did the work, and brought those stories to life. We shared laughs, lessons, publishing journeys, and those quiet moments of understanding that only writers truly get. It felt like being part of a rare and determined circle—people who pushed past doubt, finished what they started, and held their books in their hands. There’s a deep respect in that space, not for talking about writing, but for actually doing it. And that? That’s a feeling I'll always cherish.
