Hi warriors, Hope you're all doing fantastic! Weather in Switzerland is finally sunny and warm which means one thing: outdoor workouts are back. 🌞 Today marks the last session of my 12-week coaching block with my Italian coach. 1) I've been doing calisthenics for more than 5 years, but with on and off cycles so my progress is not where I wanted it to be. 2) My next goal is to increase my pullup count and then work on explosiveness for muscle up progression. 3) I recently enrolled in a nutrition course, so I think it will complement my fitness nicely
