@Michelle Mallard I want to give a quick update on my plantar faciitis. I had an accupuncture session which helped, but the advice she gave me was to stop icing and start applying heat instead. Her reasoning was the cold restricted blood flow which is great when it is first injured and you need to stop any swelling. Heat opens the blood vessels which allows more oxygenated blood to the damaged tendons. After a week of heat and rolling the pain has reduced by at least 90%. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it sure has helped me. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and support 💝

@Alec Sayers Thanks for the tips, they sound like very good advice.
Anyone using Ronbus paddles?
I switched to a Ronbus paddle about a month ago and am loving it, seems to be the same core and edge as paddles priced at $350. It is priced at $119 and they have a coupon code for $20 off (RCLXCG6D) and free shipping.

Michelle I had the Collin Johns Joola paddle that they decertified, the rebound effect was great on that paddle, very similar to both the Ronbus and the Boomstick. I am wondering if Joola wins the suit if they will have to allow that paddle to be approved.
First official check in next Monday 4/13
Want to make sure you guys get at least a full week in before we begin the check-ins. Hope you had a good first couple of days and a happy Easter for those who celebrate. When we do check ins, I will share the instructions and form via email as well as on Skool so you can't miss it. For now, let's use this thread as your "unofficial check-in" for the week. How's everybody been doing?

Pickleball daily and gym to not lose muscle on Zepbound, and nightly walks to make sure I am getting in 10,000 steps a day. Hope Monday weigh in is good.🤞🤞🤞.
Week 1 Goal — Drop it below 👇
We're just getting started and I want to know: what's the ONE small change you're committing to this week? It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be yours. Maybe it's: - Drinking more water every day - Hitting 5,000 steps - Getting to the gym at least once - Cutting out the late-night snacking Small changes compound. One good week turns into two, two turns into a month, and before you know it you're a different person on and off the court. So tell me: what's your Week 1 goal? Post it below. We're all going to cheer each other on. That's what this community is for. Let's go. 🙌

Trying to curb the snacking after dinner, and hitting a minimum of 10,000 steps per day.

So far so good, more H2O, more protein, less snacking, and 10,000 or more steps, and pickleball daily. Not much change on the scale yet 😢⚖️
