Hey, I’m Bryony, Mum to 2 SEN boys where working for someone is impossible! So to fit in with the crazy, I’ve decided I want to combine my love of coffee with crafts! I’ve a 3 year plan, I’m starting small to test the water as I live in a little village in Yorkshire UK, a little coffee hub to start with from my dining room for takeaway only, display my crafts for sale, and bring the local businesses together and feature one local business a month, so 2 businesses in 1 I suppose. 2nd year I want a trailer then my dining room becomes the craft “store” to display and sell and I can attend functions, 3rd year I want a proper premises, a section where workshops can be run, a little kids corner, something like an old barn that’s open space and rustic

@Juan Rosenzweig I’ve sat down and worked out costs, all products in, it should cost around 67p per drink excluding my time so was going to sell at around £3.25 per drink and to break even I’d need to sell around 10 drinks per day. I was planning on coffee and cake deals and little sweet bags for kids too

Everyone has personal taste. I like a strong cappuccino, if the coffee is bitter, I add a syrup or a sweetener to balance it. Some people like a bitter coffee, I prefer a smooth roast. I only drink instant black
