Okay... I need to tell you the truth. This picture isn't really me! But if you've seen me before, you probably already knew that. I'm a bit bigger than the person in this picture. Making images like this one wouldn't look right for me. At least not now. YouTube thumbnails help people decide to click and watch videos. Many creators make surprising or eye-catching pictures. Some are really wild, and some are very detailed. But one thing is still true - putting your face in a thumbnail gets 60% more views than pictures without faces. I wanted to see if I could make a picture of me giving a talk - since I always forget to ask people to record me when I'm on stage. I used a tool called Midjourney to create a realistic picture of a business person speaking to a crowd. I told the tool about the type of picture I wanted, like what kind of camera would take it. This helps the computer make a better picture. Then, I took that picture and put it into Canva. Canva has a cool feature that lets you swap faces. You upload your face and the picture with another face, and it puts your face into that picture. It worked really well! This is just an example. But think about making a thumbnail showing you doing something interesting that would make people want to watch your videos.
