5.9l hammering @ idle
1993 D350 5.9l would anyone have any idea what is going on with my truck. Have a look at the video. At idle its hammering, when I increase rpm it goes away. Its very loud at idle. It started doing this last weekend.

@Robert Winkworth Like the engine oil filter? why would it have junk in it? does that mean I'm having engine problems on the horizon?
