Thanks @Raul Sanchez! I have a pair of the Delta 40s as well as the regular 32 kg competition bells. I absolutely love them! However, I've recently been doing more double kettlebell work and the larger bells can feel awkward. That's where my question is really stemming from. I know plenty of people use double competition bells, I've attended two of Wildman kettlebell workshops and we worked on doubles in both workshops. Competitions definitely work for double bell work, but Mark is large, double 40ks fit his frame well. I recently spent three days with Michael Skogg, who I originally learned Kettlebell from 20 years ago. Skogg is my size and he uses hardstyle bells. He really liked the adjustable competition bells (he'd never used them before) and suggested swinging them outside the legs for things like double snatches if need be. I have definitely been using the competition bells for double work, but I am wondering if the hardstyle just lends itself better to double work. I don't have access to double hardstyle bells so I'd love to get other people's thoughts who have used both styles for double work. Do you get used to swinging larger competition double bells? Do they feel less awkward after awhile? I'm probably over thinking it, but I do believe both styles have their place and I'm wondering if the double work is more in the hardstyle's pocket. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I bought my first adjustable kettlebells during COVID. I won’t say what brand—I remember there were three or four brands available at the time, and I suspect many of them came from the same factory—but let’s just say the quality was pretty rough. Even so, I was thrilled to have them! Several years later, Mark partnered with another manufacturer, so I sold my old bells and upgraded. The quality was so much better. Then last fall, Hephaestus released the Delta 40K, and I bought a pair the minute they were announced. The quality is incredible! I still have my other adjustable 32s and use them regularly, but the 40Ks are in a completely different league. Looks like I’m going to be putting my 32s on Craigslist and upgrading again. I have no doubt the Hephaestus 32Ks will be a major step up from my current bells. Fahad is clearly committed to producing the best equipment possible, and considering how much use my bells get, I have no qualms about upgrading to support Hephaestus Athletica.
