After decades of accumulating files, emails, and responsibilities, I can feel the weight of too many priorities competing for attention. Rather than trying to solve everything at once, I’m practicing something quieter. One intentional action. One thoughtful response, one small act that helps me brings order, clarity and care to the moment. I’m also learning to partner with emerging AI tools to help organize the past and support my best life moving forward. Over time, a focus on these small, mindful practices will powerfully shape how I lead, serve, and show up. Not everything at once. Just… wax on, wax off.
After feeling emotionally venerable yesterday- I was at my fav breakfast restaurant, Morning Story, in Denver and was able to authentically connect with 2 of the young servers. Asking each about their "morning story" a revealing engaging conversation was sparked leading to a human connection valuable to each of us.
