When it is time to free your mind…
Nature can help. We are all from many parts of the world… Lets relate! How do you relax, meditate, let go? The short clip is how I do when I want the world to be still, all around me. ET VOUS? Please share!

@Catharine Hall one last thing, as you inspect the apartment…. Even small details, point them out to the landlord, and your first day in take pictures, and politely email them, saying, “this is what I had pointed out”. It is a rarety, but if not mentioned, a large picture hole could be charged 25eur on exit. Better safe than sorry. Oh, don't take the pictures in front of him, sort of agressive. If unfurnished it is normally a 3yr lease with 90 day notice If furnished, 1 year with 30 day notice

Very grateful for this! So often people fall in love with France through because of marketing for services Someone was planning on moving to France, and at the last minute said, oh yeah My child has one more year of high school and speaks zero french! The children matter!
Saint Jacques Scallops
Sauté the Saint Jacques in a drizzle of olive oil. Deglaze with white wine, then, once reduced, sear the scallops for 20 seconds on each side. Remove the scallops. Add the bacon bits. Your mushrooms. Isigny crème fraîche. A spoonful of tomato paste. A little parsley. Et voilà à true Normandy dish 😋😋😋😋

I love scallops. The first time i purchased them fresh I noticed that the orange part was still attached. I have never seen in the us, and never see scallops sold so fresh in the shell, so natural. I normally cook in lemon butter with garlic and some dill. Ill try this one next Thanks again!
Coming up next! My famous crème brûlée
In a mixing bowl, separate 5 egg yolks, add 50 grams of sugar, then whisk until the mixture turns slightly pale. In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of heavy cream and a vanilla bean to a gentle boil. Let it cool slightly, then add it to the egg yolks. Your mixture is ready to pour into ramekins. Place in a water bath filled 3/4 of the way. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes. Once the sides have set, remove from the oven. Let them set for at least 4 hours in the fridge. -Add some sugar and burn it ! Et voila ! Bon appétit
