@Raymond Reeves thanks. I tailored it myself
Wedding attire
Would it be acceptable to wear a button up tshirt or polo under my suit jacket for a summer wedding?

No. I found a pretty good shirt that should be good for it. I just had to go to more stores than I wanted to

So I ended up getting a long sleeve and short sleeve button up that’s a lighter cooler material that both look good under the jacket and without the jacket for later in the wedding when everyone starts dancing and slowly undressing. I probably won’t wear the tie because I have a 1 year old that I’ll probably be holding a lot so I got a slick collar to keep the collar looking good without the tie. Thanks for all the feedback guys.
A reminder for anyone who needs to hear this
To anyone who thinks they’re losing because they haven’t "made it" yet: You’re missing the point. This is a video I recorded 13 years ago in the dirt basement of my house at 4:30 AM before heading off to my 50-hour-a-week “paying job”. The truth is I doubted myself every step of the way building RMRS. I felt like a fraud. I didn’t have a degree in fashion. Who was I to teach others? I was so afraid to fail and show vulnerability. I was terrified of letting down my wife, and my kids, and losing our house. I had less than 100 subscribers on this new platform called YouTube, filming with an old barely usable camera, and I’d just gone through a bankruptcy. Fast forward to today…. I own multiple businesses that pay me more money in a month than I used to earn in a year. I have millions of subscribers and real friendships with other like-minded business owners. I work less than 40 hours a week and am getting better at actually taking vacations (it’s hard when you LOVE your work - I seriously look forward to Mondays!). Having said that….. you might assume that I’ve got it all figured out. You might think I have no problems whatsoever. That I’ve made it. And gents, if that’s what you think, you’d be wrong! The reality is I still have doubts. I still have problems. Multiple times a month I try new things and they FAIL. I lost 20K the other day with a bad hire! I wasted 50K last year on a project that never got up off the ground. Now granted, these are better problems than my old ones (worrying about losing my house as I stood in front of a bankruptcy judge in 2011 sucked!) My point here? Here’s what took me a long time to realize: I am a success. And my current “problems” do not define me. The fact that I didn’t give up, and took action towards my goals. The fact I had started on the path to success. Well, those actions - those steps - are what defined me. I was successful because daily I was choosing to take steps to be successful. Success isn’t a destination - It’s a mindset reinforced by our daily actions and thoughts.

I realized at 22 i was dressing the same way I was at 12 and one of my friends roasted me for it so I decided it was time to make a change. Now I try to dress as well as is practical for me considering I work in fitness and warehousing, but I always try to be as presentable as possible while still dressing for function
