Win: would have a protein shake instead of sweets when I was craving anything junkie. Cindy’s voice has really been in my head this week “food is information” which has kept my hands on the boat. Struggle: I’ve been dead ass tired with no motivation to move my body this week. Also struggling to keep up on this app. Having a hard time navigating and keeping up with this. Goal: catch up on last weeks video call, and get more involved with the group online.
