Officially introducing the new name: Soft & Selective.
A little story behind the swans and the new name for this community. Swans mate for life. One partner, chosen carefully and kept forever. They’re soft, graceful, and calm on the surface, but they’re also fiercely selective. They don’t waste their love on someone who isn’t sure. They don’t perform for attention. They wait for the one that truly matches them. That’s the energy I want for every woman in here :) For so long, women have been told that being soft means being endlessly available. That to be chosen, you have to shrink, bend, stay quiet, stay easy, and prove your worth. So we overthink. We over-give. We text first, wait around, care too much, and wonder why we keep ending up with men who feel lukewarm at best. But softness was never the problem. Being available to anyone was. The most magnetic women are soft and selective. Warm, feminine, discerning, and completely unwilling to settle for less than what they want. They choose like swans. Carefully. Fully. And only when it’s right. That’s what I want us to build in here. Let’s reintroduce ourselves 🤍 Old member or brand new, I’d love for us to meet each other again. Go make a new intro post! Drop a comment with: 1. Your name 2. Where you’re from 3. Your favorite book or the one you're reading now I’ll go first below. Can’t wait to meet you again :) Soft in energy. Selective in standards. Hi, I’m Maureen Evelyn. I’m currently in Bangkok, originally from Virginia, and before I met Niklavs I was living in Scottsdale, Arizona. Right now I’m reading Why Men Lie and Women Cry, and it’s been SO good so far.

Hello Community, old & new! I'm Brittany from Massachusetts... land of Boston Cream Pie and baked beans 😂 (decided I'd hop on the food train). My favorite book series is Outlander. A favorite psychology/self-help/business book is Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion. People pleasers might find it useful.
Favourite challenge
I think my favourite challenge is the "make a controversial post on social media" because it isn't just a rejection therapy task, but also pushes my dreams of freely speaking what I think, not hiding anymore, being bold, being badass and being controversial in public. I love every task that helps me stop trying to fit in and speaking my mind in public. And also this task absolutely resonates with me and my energy...

Speaking freely and not hiding!!! 🙌🙌🙌 As someone that can relate to those fears, I see how truly POWERFUL this is ✊Amazing progress! Keep being ✨YOU!✨
Reflecting on Favorite Challenges
For today’s extra coins, I will share some of my favorite challenges. A few that have been particularly impactful are “quit a bad habit,” and “delete an app that is taking more from you than giving (both custom).” I’ve come to realize that removing harmful things from your life is a pivotal step to wellness/achieving your goals. It’s been 3 months since I began rejection therapy. I am so looking forward to the progress I will make in 6 months, 9 months, a year, etc. This is just the beginning!

@Elli Neubauer thank you so much for your words of encouragement 🤗 💛 I love how you phrased what happens when we focus on ourselves🔥
Never to late to start
I decided finally learn how to ride a motorcycle after years of putting it off. Learning to ride is like the Rejecto app over coming FEAR and being uncomfortable and learning to gain confidence step by step
