I wanted to share my journey in hopes to encourage some of you who are new on this fitness journey. Iโ€™ve been where you are! I know how it feels to be a beginner and feel the weight of how hard this is! I started working out with kettlebells in 2022. My form was horrible, and I was working out but not losing weight. Fast forward to June 2024.. I saw that Wlad was running a free 14 day challengeโ€ฆ so, I signed up. He set up my macros, gave me feedback on my form and was there for all of my many questions! It was all the pieces I had been missing! I won the 14 day challenge and kept going over the month of July 2024 where I lost inches & lbs! My form improved and it was a game changer for me! I re-joined another 14 day challenge November 2024 and Iโ€™ve been with the Kettlebell Academy ever since! Iโ€™ve lost 20lbs and Iโ€™m down several inches this past 1.5 years! The community and accountability has been exactly what I needed! The fact that youโ€™re here and showing up for your health is the biggest win! We will be here when youโ€™re tired, donโ€™t feel motivated and want to give up! Weโ€™ll remind you why you started this journey! (Because you will have those days!) Weโ€™ll also be here to cheer on and celebrate your wins and progress! Iโ€™m so happy that each of you are here and love seeing you show up to be a healthier version of yourself! Youโ€™re going to see great results!

Days 3, 4, and 5 in the books! Decompression day is still my favoriteโ€ฆ Hurts so good every time. ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I actually loved todayโ€™s workout, even though Iโ€™m 99% sure my legs wonโ€™t function tomorrow. Day 3, ugh! Probably the most challenging one for me so far. Crab toe touches absolutely did not happen for me! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ On another noteโ€ฆIโ€™m really struggling to hit my nutrition goals. If anyone has tips that have helped you stay on track without losing your mind, Iโ€™m all ears! Have a great weekend everyone!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

What I like to do is pick 2 protein options for the week. Then add sides (potatoes, rice, frozen veggies, etc..).. pre log your protein first then add in the rest of your food to fit in your calories

Decompression done! Apparently I was one solid knot. I didnโ€™t realize how badly I needed that. ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
