Aetna: always follow the 3/3/3 rule. 3 bp, 3 chol, and 3 diabetes meds and they'll decline. NO INSULIN AFLAC: Same underwriting as Aetna WELLABE: BY FAR the most lenient underwriting. If they're close to the top i'd go with them first every time. if they decline, there isn't much hope. pipeline for mapd when they're ready to make the jump. or Also, always find out why they we're declined and keep in mind that you can always circle back if its time thing.for example heart attack 18 months ago and the rule is 24 months. pipeline for another try in 6 months. build your pipeline, build relationships and the deals will come.
