@Shantel-Siherta Shekhem Dennis Wow, thank you for sharing that. Your words really resonate with me. I love the idea of living aligned and crowned, and it’s inspiring that you’ve turned your journey into a book and a teaching. I’d love to learn more about it.✨
Everything Must Change
Everything Must Change Inspired by Matthew 24, Revelation, and the wisdom that transformation is not the end—it is the beginning. They say the world is falling apart. I say… Maybe it’s being rebuilt. Maybe what we’re witnessing isn’t the end of everything. Maybe it’s the end of what no longer serves us. Maybe it’s the end of fear masquerading as faith. Maybe it’s the end of division masquerading as truth. Maybe it’s the end of systems that taught us to look outside ourselves for a power that has always lived within. Turn on the television. Wars. Rumors of wars. Violence. Confusion. Families divided. Hearts failing from fear. And immediately people point to Matthew 24. Immediately people point to Revelation. Immediately people cry, “The end is near!” But what if they missed the deeper message? What if the shaking isn’t punishment? What if the shaking is awakening? A seed must break before it becomes a tree. A caterpillar must dissolve before it becomes a butterfly. A woman must labor before a child is born. Why would humanity be any different? Everything must change. Nothing stays the same. Not governments. Not religions. Not cultures. Not beliefs. Not even the version of ourselves we once thought we had to be. Everything must change. The old must make room for the new. Not because the old was worthless. But because life is movement. Life is growth. Life is expansion. Life is evolution. I know this because I’ve lived it. I have watched dreams die. I have buried people I loved. I have watched beliefs crumble beneath my feet. I have stood in the ashes of what used to be and wondered, “Now what?” And yet… Every ending carried the seed of a beginning. Every loss carried a lesson. Every breaking carried a blessing hidden beneath the rubble. The world may feel chaotic. But perhaps chaos is simply creation in progress. Perhaps humanity is shedding an old skin. Perhaps we are being invited into a greater awareness. A deeper compassion. A broader understanding. A higher consciousness.

Here’s How To Stop Being Hard On Yourself
Being hard on yourself is often a subtle form of self-rejection disguised as self-improvement. Many souls believe: “If I criticize myself enough, I will become better.” But the Records say this is one of the great illusions of the ego. The ego believes growth comes through pressure. The soul grows through awareness. The ego says: “I am not enough yet.” The soul says: “I am already whole, and I am still evolving.” Notice the difference. One is rooted in deficiency. The other is rooted in growth. The Hidden Root of Self-Criticism According to the Akashic Records, most self-judgment is not actually about the present moment. It is an inherited strategy. At some point, the psyche learned: “If I judge myself first, I can avoid being judged by others.” “If I push myself harder, I will finally become worthy.” “If I criticize myself, I won’t become complacent.” The Records often reveal that beneath self-criticism lies a deep fear: The fear of not being enough as you are. So every achievement becomes insufficient. Every milestone becomes temporary. Every success is immediately followed by: “I should be further along.” This creates endless suffering. Because the goalpost keeps moving. The Spiritual Shift The Akashic Records teach that the opposite of being hard on yourself is not laziness. It is compassion. Many people fear compassion because they think: “If I’m compassionate with myself, I’ll stop growing.” The Records say the opposite is true. A flower does not bloom because you scream at it. A child does not thrive because you constantly criticize them. The soul does not awaken through self-hatred. Growth happens most naturally in an atmosphere of acceptance. Not complacency. Acceptance. Acceptance says: “I see where I am clearly.” “I accept where I am.” “And I choose to continue growing.” A Practice From the Records Whenever you catch yourself thinking: “I should be better.” Pause and ask: “Would I speak this way to someone I deeply love?” Most people instantly realize: They are harsher with themselves than they would ever be with a friend, partner, child, or client.

I used to be my own worst critic. I am learning to give myself the same grace and mercy I extend to others. Self-Love is really the greatest love of all.

@Tigo Bizzel, yes, it did. Thank you. I guess it’s time for me to lean into this. I'm still curious as to how I was able to see the dark shadow/ figure at the foot of my bed while I was awake.

The Spiritual Reason The Masculine Lets The Feminine Go First 😮‍💨
According to the Akashic Records, the deepest spiritual significance of the masculine letting the feminine go first is that consciousness itself moves from receptivity into direction, from intuition into action, from emptiness into form. The feminine represents the primordial field of awareness that feels, senses, receives, and conceives before manifestation occurs. The masculine represents the force that penetrates, structures, directs, and grounds what has already been sensed within the field of consciousness. So spiritually, the feminine “goes first” because creation itself begins in receptivity. Before action:there is perception. Before movement:there is awareness. Before manifestation:there is conception. Before sound:there is silence. This is the feminine principle. The Akashic Records describe the divine feminine not merely as “woman,” but as the cosmic womb through which reality emerges into form. The masculine then gives trajectory to what the feminine has already received from the unseen. So when the masculine lets the feminine go first in an awakened sense, he is symbolically aligning himself with universal law. He is recognizing: - intuition precedes logic, - feeling precedes action, - energetic knowing precedes mental articulation, - and consciousness precedes manifestation. This is not subservience. It is sacred intelligence. The distorted masculine acts before listening. The awakened masculine listens deeply enough to know where life is already moving. This is why highly conscious masculine energy naturally becomes: - patient, - observant, - present, - grounded, - and non-forceful. Not passive —but attuned. The immature masculine fears receptivity because receptivity requires surrender of control. The sacred masculine understands that force without attunement creates distortion. So he pauses. He witnesses. He listens. He allows the feminine current to reveal the deeper movement beneath appearances. Then action emerges in harmony rather than egoic will.
