Ad Rejections
We’re experiencing repeated rejections for all ads using Instant Forms under “Misusing lead ads,” even after removing all qualifying questions, budget fields, conditional logic, and using neutral, descriptive copy. This is happening across different ads and creatives, including very basic forms with only prefilled contact fields. It appears to be a tool-level or account-level enforcement issue rather than a content violation. We’d appreciate a manual review of the ad account’s ability to use Instant Forms and guidance on how to restore normal lead ad approvals.

You're definitely not alone with this one. Meta's automated review system flags accounts like this more often than you'd think. When you're getting hit with "Misusing lead ads" rejections even after stripping everything down, it's almost always an account-level flag, not something wrong with your actual ads or forms. You can try submitting a manual review through Business Help Center, building a brand new form from scratch instead of duplicating, or worst case spinning up a fresh ad account. But honestly since this sounds like a deeper issue, I'd say hop on a consultation call with Mason so he can look and figure out exactly what's going on. Or bring it to the weekly coaching call and troubleshoot it live. Hope this helps!
