Action step from Father Daughter Fridays
As promised here is myFWD action step for accountability. In efforts to be the man that my daughter can learn and look to in how to emotionally regulate: when I feel overwhelmed with frustration (primarily with my wife or girls) my plan is to 1. Pause 2. Take 5 deep breathes 3. Engage a 5 min meditation if necessary. This it to SHIFT my heighten emotional state back to baseline
