Aloha FWD community! As Valentine’s Day approaches we have a responsibility to teach our girls what true love is all about. It’s more than a feeling, it’s a verb. We will be doing a small event to teach and demonstrate to our girls love in action. Our next event is an Invite only as of now since we only have 40 tickets total. This will be at a private residence in Kaneohe. Cookie decorating, Ice cream sundae bar and a Valentine craft on love based on 1 Corinthians 13. Again spots are limited, first come first serve! Hey fellas join us for Father Daughter Fridays. This is a space to engage, learn and share about how we can be the best men possible that will serve our daughters and family well. As promised here is myFWD action step for accountability. In efforts to be the man that my daughter can learn and look to in how to emotionally regulate: when I feel overwhelmed with frustration (primarily with my wife or girls) my plan is to 1. Pause 2. Take 5 deep breathes 3. Engage a 5 min meditation if necessary. This it to SHIFT my heighten emotional state back to baseline
