As I approach 50 years of age in February and being a rather large guy my whole life, I really need to make changes to be here for my 11-year-old daughter. Now being newly separated and soon divorced, I have some distractions, but I cannot use these as an excuse. I have been working on my eating by changing to a Carnivore Diet. In these last 3 weeks, I have felt better. I have enrolled in a gym, and it is time for that part of my life to be more consistent. I am looking to visit the gym 3-4 days per week with cardio done on the Concept2 Rower at home. I think that with my diet in better shape and getting into a new gym routine, I am hoping to become the best version of myself. Hopefully, working on myself inside and out will help with my mental through this time. Like Coach Eric used to say "1% Better than yesterday". Don't know if that is a perfectly accurate quote but that is what I remember. Looking forward to have some accountability to this community to be regular in my diet and gym.
