Anyone loan on mobile homes in parks

I went out driving for dollars yesterday in an area near me that I hadn't been to before. Everything went well for the first 8-10 minutes. The tracking was fine, looking at properties was fine, and adding properties to my list was fine. But then the property addresses disappeared. I restarted the app and the problem persisted. I was using my iPhone 13 and the app and phone are up to date. What could be the issue?

The cold calls have been very warming lol. It’s actually not that bad and it gets exciting after the 1st dial because I treat it like a game show lol. That said, I’ve been calling to build up my cash buyers list and so far I have two buyers out of near 200 calls.
