Is forklift a good move to have as a 2i/3 tech or that’s more for 4i/5 techs

I’m an undersized 4i going into my freshman season in college. Im 5’11 230 I’ve been working on different forklift variants. Can anyone give some advice on how to perfect the move. Also any tips about playing d line as a undersized d linemen

What is the minimum height for a DE which D1schools will consider?

Is it bad if a defensive lineman is undersize and what effects does it have on his gameplay? And What are ways he can turn the disadvantage to a great advantage.
