Weekend Mission: Build Your 10.0 Self
🚀 Weekend Mission: Build Your 10.0 Self “A man without a clear destination will drift wherever the current pushes him.” Alright Y'all— this weekend we’re doing something powerful. Something I’m doing right alongside you because I feel like I’ve drifted from my own 10.0 self. 🔥 What We’re Doing We’re going to define — in detail — the absolute best version of you. Not just “I want abs” or “I want to be stronger.” We’re going deep. You’re going to build the blueprint for the man you know you’re meant to become. This is about purpose — the secret weapon we’ve been talking about all week. Without a clear target, men get lost, drift into distraction, and numb out with quick hits of comfort (video games, porn, endless scrolling, meaningless attention). That’s how purpose dies. That’s how masculinity gets soft. We’re done with that. ✍️ Your Mission Sometime this weekend, sit down and build your 10.0 Self. Make it vivid and real — write it out on paper, type it and print it, whatever works for you. Use these prompts: How do I carry myself? How do I walk into a room? How do my kids (or future kids) see me? How does my wife/partner experience me? How do I act when things go wrong — panic or lead? What do I wear? Drive? Earn? Build? What am I disciplined about? What do I no longer tolerate? What do I admire in other men — and want for myself? Anything that pulls at you — confidence, strength, calm leadership, deep family presence — it’s part of your 10.0 self. If it attracts you, it’s in you. 👊 Why This Matters Most men fail because they never define where they’re going. They chase random fitness goals, then quit when it gets hard because their why is shallow. We’re building a map so when things get hard, you can ask: “What would my 10.0 self do right now?” 🧭 How to Share Post it here in the community if you’re willing (massive accountability + brotherhood power). Or, keep it private — but do the work. Don’t skip it. I’ll be posting mine too. I’ve been off-track — chasing ego, losing discipline.

Checking in.
Wussup I didn’t check in last two days been working as I’m putting19 day straight in rn. I’ve been getting good exercise in working long hours and 5 days no beer or cheat meals. Dropped 5 pounds in the last five days. Kind of crazy. I need to get more gym time in. I’ll make a session happen tomorrow.

⚡ Harnessing Our Greatest Weapon as Men
What’s the secret weapon most men have — but never use? Purpose. When a man loses his sense of purpose, he drifts. He numbs out with distraction: endless video games, porn, OnlyFans, scrolling, sports he’s not even playing — just watching. He chases quick dopamine hits instead of building anything real. And slowly, that kills him inside. It’s why depression is skyrocketing. It’s why suicide among men is climbing. It’s why so many feel lost and weak. But a man with purpose is unstoppable. Purpose is what gets you up when you don’t want to. Purpose is what keeps you steady when life tries to knock you sideways. 🏋️ Why Fitness Must Be the Foundation Fitness and nutrition are not about chasing a six-pack or impressing strangers. A six-pack won’t get you out of bed at 4:30 AM. Biceps won’t keep you consistent when life gets hard. But purpose will. Want to wrestle with your kids or grandkids without getting winded? Purpose. Want to walk your daughter down the aisle strong and proud? Purpose. Want to give your wife the best version of the man she chose? Purpose. When you train and eat well, you’re not chasing vanity. You’re building a foundation for a life of service, strength, and leadership. --- 🔥 The Challenge 👉 What’s your WHY? Why are you really here? Who (or what) is worth suffering for so you can become stronger? What future moment do you want to be ready for? Write it out. Post it below! This will fuel you on the days when motivation disappears. ⚡ Remember: A man with purpose can’t be stopped. And this challenge isn’t just about workouts — it’s about finding and living that purpose again. Drop a comment with your WHY 👇

I’m here because I’ve fell off so bad and for years have said I’ll fix it and I don’t. First and foremost I wanna do it for myself so I can live longer. Second is my wife and kids. I’m tired of just being that dad that comes home exhausted and complains and drinks and sleeps and starts over. Since Monday I’ve done half what I wanted to do, but the other have I have done more than I’ve done in years. I’m sure as hell from push ups pull-ups and farmer carry. Today I’m having 2200 calories total and ate healthy and for the first day in who knows how long I will have zero alcohol. I definitely feel edgy but I’m not letting myself down this time. I was always an elite athlete and top of my class and broke records in middle and high school. I want to get back to half of that guy again. One day at a time!
Day one
Day one 27 push ups 6 pull ups 25lb dumbbells walked up and down hallway 10x 2200calories 58g protein. Worked hard and got three bids out and landed my next project. Alcohol one beer and goal is none tomorrow

đź‘‹ Welcome to the DadBod Standards Community
Fellas — you made it. You took the first step most men talk about but rarely do: you showed up. This space is where we go to work. Where we prove that excuses die and action wins. Where you build the strength, discipline, and confidence your family can feel. Here’s how to get started 👇 🔥 Step 1 — Watch the Welcome Video I’ll walk you through the SKOOL layout so you know exactly where everything is. 🏹 Step 2 — Enter the 14-Day Challenge Classroom Go to the 14-Day DadBod Standards Challenge classroom. Inside you’ll find: - Welcome Post — full instructions & how this challenge works - DadBod Standards Scorecard — test yourself now & again at the end - Daily WODs (Workouts of the Day) — bodyweight workouts to eliminate excuses - Optional Gym Track — if you want to hit a gym, programming is waiting for you 🛠 Step 3 — Get Involved - Introduce yourself in the feed (name, where you’re from, why you’re here) - Comment & support other men — this isn’t a solo grind. Brotherhood matters - Post your Scorecard once you’ve tested (progress > perfection) ⚡ Remember. This isn’t a quick fix or a “mirror muscle” influencer program. It’s the spark to becoming the man you know you’re meant to be — strong, capable, disciplined, ready to lead and protect. Welcome to the start of something bigger than just workouts. Let’s go. — Coach Eddie 💪
