Thanks Joe for doing this weeks lessons. My two biggest take aways of where in the near future I need to focus. I liked scheduling water (dehydration is an issue for me). Also, hearing you talk about nutrition I've had a real challenge of putting in and maintaining snacks in my day. So I'm gonna put those back in and add the water and I will build from that. Also, when you were talking about digital Shabbat that made me think about this woman whose book I read that may be helpful for you or your clients who are interested in this. https://www.tiffanyshlain.com/tech-shabbat Have a great weekend.

Oh, and I am so deep diving into the neurobiology of ADHD. Also, you've inspired me about that.

I'd say these are the top most useful things, there are others but it would be too long. Going from getting up between noon and 2 pm to 9:15 Sleep issues that have to still be resolved. I can give workshops on sleep hygiene, so it's not that It will get worked out. Sleep is unrelated to that. Get up and go directly out to grab a coffee and my morning walk. My naturopath has been trying to get me do that for decades. I'm finally doing it now. A big thing for me organizationally is that I hooked up my calendar, reminders and email to Claude. It's so great. I mapped out up whole day. I then gave it Claude. I can have a conversation with Claude about what do I have for tomorrow morning or whatever. I can get it to look out for certain emails. Also, for my schedule, I have notifications and those notifications go to my Fitbit, which vibrates which just kinda lets me know where I'm out during the day. Habit stack on to that. Ten minutes timed clean up - small but very effective. I don't watch TV anymore & greatly reduced the amount of news in that kind of content. Silence is my baseline now. That and Endel There are other things but these are my top few. I had to bring myself out of a hole. Accountability was the key missing component and a results-based online community. And working with Mike of course. We had a lot of work to do to get me semi-glued back together. Many more things to add over time. I audit my days at the end to see what went well and to look and any adjustments for the next day.

Oh I also chose the things I least wanted to do. Dove into resistance head on.
Lesson 16: Stop Spending Tomorrow's Dopamine Today
Lesson starts at 3:00 PM EST Join here: https://www.skool.com/live/STlwC7fjYrK In this lesson I talk about: - Why some choices feel amazing immediately but end up draining your focus when you need it most - The Dopamine Tax: everyone pays it. Some choices move your life forward and others just cost you - Pay Now vs Later: what you actually get back for doing the hard thing first - Fast vs Slow: how quickly and easily the reward arrives, and what it's training your brain to repeat - Don't eat dessert before dinner: why the order you feed your brain changes everything - The Dopamine Audit: naming your first stimulation source and one thing to move

Thanks for the presentation! This is all new to me, I have been getting systems together which has been amazing. I a few things going on and I left ADHD as not a priority, and what a mistake that was. I had no container for my day, so systems, and I'd never been able to stick to a routine outside of going to the gym, or drinking coffee all morning reading news articles completely wasting half a day,
