@Brett Sutton CW hardly ever miss and I've been waiting for a 12 that was more versatile. This could fit that mold very nicely.

@Justin Tillery I like this a lot more than the Loco.
Another Question For Ya!
We’ve covered lots of topics so far. Everything from what watches mean to you to advice on what brands or styles to look at. Tonight’s question is: You have $1,000 to spend to start a collection, which watches are you buying first? It could be 1 watch, or 5 or 10. Would love to see what you guys would buy first.

I would build a 3 watch collection. 1 (Office/Dress) Erebus Ascent Adventurine Dial 2 (Weekend/Casual) Seiko King Samurai 3 (Beater/Exercise) Casioak Style G Shock Total comes to $998.95

Didn't feel like setting something today. Nice to have a quartz option in the box for days like today. Citizen Forza Chronograph. Gift from my wife and the textured dial is amazing.

@Edgar Mertins I can relate on winders. I'll wind it myself.

@James Milson Yeah, just wasn't feeling it today.
Polywatch Glass Polish
So trying out the polywatch glass polish on my grandfather's watch. 1st picture is the before 2nd picture is after step 1 (repair) 3rd picture is after step 2 (finish). Initial thought. I knew some of these scratches were never going to come out since they were too deep or wide. A lot of the minor scuffs did come out. The crystal used to be rough to the touch, now it is smooth again. I'm pretty impressed with the results. I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try it on my TAG Heuer Carerra that got a couple minor superficial scuffs on the crystal, especially since it has AR coating on the outside of the crystal. But for minor repairs on cheaper watches this will work just fine.

@Justin Tillery I think if I went at it using a dremel it'd be even better, but I wanted to just use the manual tools the first time.

@Brett Sutton Yes it does have sapphire crystal. Everything I've read says it should work, but it will most likely remove the AR coating on the outside of the crystal. I would still have the AR coating on the inside of the crystal, but I doubt I'll do anything considering this watch is so new. At some point I may replace the crystal, but I'm assuming that will cost a significant amount so I'll wait until it's something I can't live with. The scuffs just mean it's really mine now and I wear it.
Polywatch for Sapphire Crystal
Anyone ever used this product before? If so, how well did it do? Trying to buff out some scratches.
