Valentine's Gifts
My wife and I exchanged gifts today because we are going out tomorrow. She got me 2 bracelets and a glass set. Always so thoughtful. Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.

A bit of a different outfit of the day for yesterday, but still a favourite outfit to wear. I got promoted and now I'm wearing my new belt. (It's only a small change nowadays, but still feels great each time)

Layering weather
I am not a fan of the cold but I do enjoy layering. I have a couple of interviews to do today on a case. So the goal of today’s outfit is the present professionally but approachable. I am wearing a CT white/blue square patterned dress shirt, reaction Kenneth Cole navy trousers, Artafact grey quarter zip, topped with a green quilted chores jacket, brown Anson belt, brown wingtip AE boots. WOTD: citizen field watch on brown leather strap SOTD: MF Honor

Good look Jamie, well done. Question to the members and especially those in cold climates. I struggle with finding good layers or specifically an outer jacket layer that blocks both water and wind without making me sweat underneath. I seem to keep finding items that either do an excellent job with blocking the water, but wind goes right through it. Those I find that do both, I wear for a short period of time and very quickly feel like I'm in a sauna. What are good options that people have found that are both effective with Rain/Wind and still allow breathability but also is stylish and looks good? (Trying not to look like an overstuffed marshmallow)

Round 2 - Belated Anniversary Dinner
Heading out to dinner with the wife for a belted 10th anniversary dinner this evening. Going a little fast casual for the evening, or at least according to the Internet. A too warm for a jacket this evening but sticking with the long sleeves. The shirt, Vince The pants, Vince The shoes, Allen Edmonds Single Monk Strap The scent, Alexandria II by Xerjoff The watch, Victorinox The hair, by me Make it a good evening.
