Home From Washington, DC — Resting, Regrouping, and So Grateful
Hi friends, I wanted to give a little update on where I have been these past few days. I just returned from Washington, DC, where I had the opportunity to share my newest Bright Little Pages book, America: 250 Years of Miracles, at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority event. It was such an honor to be there and to meet so many wonderful people who were excited about wholesome books for children and families. I am home now and taking a little time to rest, regroup, and get organized before jumping back into the next season of Bright Little Pages. I am so thankful for all the encouragement, prayers, purchases, and support along the way. It means more than I can say. If you would like to take a look at the new book or purchase a copy, here is the link: https://brightlittlepages.com/products/pre-order-america-250-years-of-miracles?utm_source=copyToPasteBoard&utm_medium=product-links&utm_content=web Thank you again for cheering me on. I am excited to keep creating meaningful books for children and families.

Touchdown in Washington, DC.
I’m excited to be here representing Bright Little Pages and introducing America: 250 Years of Miracles to families from across the country. This has been months of planning, prayer, and hard work, and I’m grateful to finally be here. If you’re attending the conference, I’d love for you to stop by, say hello, and take a look at our newest book. Here’s to a great few days in our nation’s capital!

🎉 A huge update just dropped inside Author Growth Roadmap!
I completely rebuilt the 60-Day Amazon KDP Publish, Launch & Optimize Checklist into an interactive, PERSONALIZED timeline calendar, and I genuinely think this is one of the coolest resources I've created so far! Instead of trying to keep track of everything in a Google Doc, you'll now: ✅ Choose your desired launch date ✅ Answer a few quick questions about where you're at in the process ✅ Get a personalized 60-day timeline built around your launch ✅ Check off tasks as you complete them (your progress is automatically saved!) ✅ Follow a week-by-week plan with clickable resources and training videos It even automatically tells you your recommended publishing deadlines, Free eBook promo dates, and launch week tasks, so you don't have to count backwards on a calendar or wonder what to do next! My goal was to take all the guesswork out of publishing and launching so you can simply follow the plan and stay on track. This took me a long time to build, and I can't wait for you to use it! 👉 Premium & VIP Members: You can access it now!: https://www.skool.com/author-growth-academy/classroom/91fb22f8?md=de905541d82e4d8ab6bf62cf37d3c965 Not a Premium member yet? From Small Town Markets to Washington, D.C.
This week I’m packing up and heading to Washington, D.C. with my newest children’s book, America 250 Years of Miracles. A year ago, I was just trying to figure out how to sell my first books at local markets. Since then, I’ve spent countless weekends at vendor events, bookstores, homeschool gatherings, farms, and community festivals meeting families face-to-face. One thing I’ve learned: books rarely sell themselves. The conversations matter. The relationships matter.Showing up consistently matters. Now I’m preparing to bring my books to a national event in our nation’s capital, and honestly, it still feels a little surreal. For those of you further along in your journey: What’s one opportunity you’ve had that made you stop and think, “I never imagined I’d be here”? I’d love to hear your story.

Just a little encouragement for everyone today.
Things have been busy on my end with book events, meeting new families, and working on several behind-the-scenes projects that I hope to share with you all in the future. Sometimes it can feel like progress is slow when so much of the work happens where no one else can see it. But I’ve been reminded that God is in every step of the journey. He sees the preparation, the long days, the unanswered questions, and the small victories. Not every seed produces fruit overnight, but that doesn’t mean God isn’t working. If you’re in a season of building, waiting, learning, or simply trying to take the next step, keep going. Stay faithful with what is in front of you today. Trust that God is guiding the process, even when you cannot see the full picture yet. Keep planting. Keep serving. Keep trusting. ‘Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.’ — Proverbs 3:5-6
