I followed the Rich Dad program in 2010, after the 2008 market crash destroyed my retirement savings. With no pension, I chose real estate as my way to get back on track. I have done multi-family, single family homes for rent-to-own, storage and vacation properties. I also wholesaled a 12 unit apartment building, have done a flip, and do private lending. In 2020-2021, I pivoted, selling some properties and refinancing others, to get involved in larger projects. I have investment in Canada, the U.S. and Ecuador. My specialty is Creative Financing. Everything that I have done has been 100% financed. Investment real estate helped me put my retirement plans back on track! I live in Ottawa, but prefer to be at the cottage. I spend my winters in Ecuador.
