🌟 Let’s See Your Logo! 🌱
A great logo is key to building a strong lawn care business. It’s the face of your brand and the first step in creating recognition with your customers. Did you know most people need to see a business over seven times before they remember it? A good logo helps make those impressions stick! When creating your logo, you have a few options: 🎨 Design it yourself: Great if you have experience, but tricky otherwise. 📷 Use clip art: Be cautious here! Check licensing rules, and remember—you won’t be the only one using that image. 💼 Hire a designer: Try affordable options like Fiverr or crowdsourced competitions on DesignCrowd for more professional results. 🖌️ Free tools: Sites like Vistaprint let you design your logo for free and download it in multiple formats for easy use across websites, signs, and print materials. ⚠️ Pro Tips for Logos: Always check for originality using a reverse Google Image search. Ensure your file is high-resolution so it looks sharp on everything from business cards to truck decals. Now it’s your turn—have you got your logo sorted? Share it in the comments below! We’d love to see what represents your business. Let’s celebrate your creativity and inspire others! Drop your logo in the comments ⬇️🌟

Is it possible to have a tractor dealership where you get your machines to sponser your company if their product is on the logo? Example, I have a John Deere dealership, if my logo has a JD zero turn, would they assist with paying for machines and such?

@Stuart Clifford Where specifically do you look to see if name is trademarked? And, where do you go to claim a domain and register your name to be trademarked or copyright?
What Services Should You Offer In Your Business?
Deciding what services to offer When you start a lawn business, it is quite natural to want to offer lots of different services. However, I also understand that more is not always better. Especially if you are starting on a limited budget. Every single extra service is going to require you buying another piece of equipment, and some of that equipment may be underused or, worse still, not even used at all. Having a laundry list of services will just confuse things If you are on a job and see that you can offer something extra and you have the experience and the equipment, then go right ahead. But don’t add every single service imaginable to your business card. Before creating your list of services, there are a few things that I would like you to consider.

My plan is to mow, trim, blow. During fall, if I can acquire necessary equipment will do leaf cleanup. Question, for the clients who want yard mulched and those that do leaf clean up, Do you charge client extra to off set fee at dump site where grass and leaves are disposed?
