How many lawns do you mow a week? 🌱
Just the number. And tell me if you're solo or running a crew. Mine: about 100 a week. 200 lawns, every 2 weeks. Family crew: me, Donna and our daughter. All part-time, one person to a van. Drop yours below 👇

@Quentin Osborne Google Ads, by a mile 💪 About $150 a month gets me a steady flow of leads. Have you set up a website and Google Business Profile? I recommend doing that first.

@Quentin Osborne Nice website. What are you paying for that? Google Business Profiles are free. This is a walkthrough on how I set them up. I have built over 70 of them so far. https://www.skool.com/lawnmowing101/classroom/68ec45ce?md=5bb97ad80248419db9500db288c07636 If you get stuck, let me know.
Back to quote same property
Has anyone else had this happen? 🌱 I quoted a job yesterday and realised it was a property I used to mow back in early 2024, just under different people. This is now at least the third time this has happened with different properties around town! It’s quite handy when you turn up to quote a new job and already know the property, the lawn, and what’s involved from having mowed it in the past. 😂 Has anyone else had this happen in their area? It’s a small world sometimes!

@Graham Thorne Nice work. Quote cards are great for that.
What’s your minimum for a regular mow? 💰
Mine’s $35 fortnightly. One-offs are $60. (but I sell those leads) Drop your number and your town. 👇 No wrong answers.

🌐 I'll build your lawn care website first. You only pay if you love it.
Send me your business name, where you work and what you do. It takes two minutes. I build the site on your own domain, usually within 72 hours. No photos needed. I've got 2,000 real lawn photos ready to go. Then you look at it. ✅ Love it? $59 USD a month. Website, Google Business Profile, your own domain and email, hosting and changes. All in. ✅ Don't love it? That's the end of it. No invoice, no hard feelings. I've built over 50 lawn care websites. Matthew Dixon and Anthony Rogers in here both run one, and both left me a review on Trustpilot. ⭐ 👉 Fill in the form here: https://lawnmowing101.com/ Got a question first? Drop it below 👇

@Graham Thorne, no problems. Always happy to have a review. 😊 https://www.trustpilot.com/review/lawnmowing101.com
What's the most boring job you still do by hand every week? 😴
Not the mowing. The other stuff. The job you put off every week. Mine was asking customers for Google reviews. So I built a robot to do it for me. It sends one review request a day to someone on my client list. So far it has sent 16 texts and got me 4 new reviews. I've gone from 87 to 91 Google reviews. The boring jobs are the ones worth fixing first. What's yours? Invoicing, chasing payments, texting customers when it rains? Drop it below 👇 If a few of you say the same one, I'll look at building the fix.

@Anthony Rogers Snow plowing is a smart way to keep the money coming in over winter 💪 We don't get snow here, so that's one I've never had to work out. Paying cash for as much as you can is the right call. Do you want a snow plowing page on your website? No extra charge. I can have it up before the first snow.

@Henry Steinke Knowing your numbers every week is huge 💪 I have Claude managing my cashflow now, and the time I spend on it has dropped by 90%. Which number do you watch the closest?
