My friend is getting married and I wanted to get him a nice watch. He is an ECU grad so I want to get him a purple or gold dial. I was thinking about the Tauyosa. However, he is a big guy and I am a bit worried that the 37 mm dial may look a bit small on his wrist. Are there any larger guys who can speak to how the Tauyosa looks on larger wrists or can you recommend a good purple or yellow dial.

It’s a rainy weather day here today. But that doesn’t mean the Erebus Ascent Mop won’t shine. I just love the colours that can be seen on the dial of this. I have tried to capture some of the purple that comes through, I think you can just see it in the photos, but it is so vivid on the wrist. If you look closely and your screen allows it, the purple colouring is sort of between the 3. 5 and the centre of the dial.

So you have a favorite complication on a watch? I have found that I really like the look of a small seconds complication. Chronographs seem to be a bit too busy for me but a small seconds sub dial , for me, is the perfect balance of simple and intriguing at the same time.
