How I relate homebrewing with running
One thing running (and honestly brewing) taught me: If you try to speed it up, you usually ruin it. Fitness included. What’s something you’ve learned the hard way about slowing down?

I always tell people the secret ingredient to beer is patience...It's a delicate balance between taking as much time as you can, while still keeping the process moving forward. Brewing can be paradoxical sometimes. You can absolutley ruin a beer by rushing it, but unlike wine or spirits it does have a shorter shelf life so you can't dilly dally for too long 😆
