Online Rehab Intervention: Testing & Retesting
Hi all! I’ve been slowly building an online rehab program that I can offer in future as a low touch offer. I think it’s fairly normal to walk someone through testing - intervention - retesting when in person with a patient. I want to build that into my online program. Is anyone else already doing this for online patients? If so, what delivery and presentation methods seem to work best so the patient actually does both the test and the retest?

It’s worked alright so far. You can see this guy has needed a swift kick in the butt -which he’s received! He SAYS he’s following his program, but it’s clearly not consistent. 👀

The next element for me to add to my programming is training on how to use the app and adhere to the program. It sounds like majority of my other clients are completing their workouts, but not recording them in the app so I can’t see their progress
First 20 Founding Member Spots Are Taken, BUT....
The 20 founding member spots have been taken! So we are transitioning to the $20/month pricing for the rest of those who want to stay a part of the hub, BUT, as an incentive to get locked in, the next 5 people will be able to lock in at $15/mo! Tell your friends, tell your husband, tell your wife! These spots won't last long!!

Hey y'all
Hey I'm Tyler, born and raised in Lincoln, NE. Went to UNL then was in East Texas for 4 years as a GA/ full time AT. Moved back to Lincoln now to raise a family and am in my 6th year working at my HS alma mater and am teaching Pilates on the side cause the school salary isn't enough to support a whole family by itself. Which is why I'm working to build an AT business to be able to get out of the school position.

Welcome Tyler!
Consistent Branding Code
@Vander Castillo was asking about this. I have code written into my Claude so my website, posters, social media (captions and on screen text), and logo are always the same font and branding. Made a specific code you guys can copy and paste into your own AI that can help you do the same! BRAND LOCK — use these rules for every visual you create for me (posters, flyers, social posts, handouts, slides, thumbnails). MY BRAND - Business name: [Your clinic/practice name] - Website: [yourwebsite.com] — match its look and feel - Logo: [attach logo file] — use it as-is; never redraw, recolor, stretch or crop it COLORS (use only these) - Primary: [#HEX] — headlines, key shapes - Secondary: [#HEX] — accents, buttons, highlights - Background: [#HEX] - Text: [#HEX] - If I don't know my hex codes: pull them from my logo and website FONTS (use only these) - Headlines: [Font name, e.g. Montserrat Bold] - Body text: [Font name, e.g. Open Sans] - If unknown: match the fonts on my website as closely as possible STYLE - Overall vibe: [e.g. clean and clinical / bold and athletic / warm and family-friendly] - Photos: [e.g. real athletes in action, bright natural light] - Keep layouts simple: one main message, plenty of white space EVERY VISUAL MUST 1. Include my logo (corner or bottom, readable size) 2. Use only my brand colors and fonts — no random colors or extra fonts 3. Include my contact or CTA: [phone / website / "DM REHAB"] 4. Look like it belongs on my website next to my other posts Before you finish, check the design against this list and fix anything that breaks it.

I do agree with everyone though. Get the special instructions for your favorite AI tool dialed in and used that instead. I think once move is dialed in it’ll be easier. This document definitely helped me transition to Claude for developing video content faster
