Hey Guys I played some rapid today and in two of the games my opponent's Played two different opening variation of the French defense which was the Tarrasch variation and in the other game their was an exchange French. but my main question here is how do I study different Opening variations of the openings I frequently play and understand them better like the French defense, Italian game,Ruy Lopez for example. And another question I have is. is it better to study multiple openings and their variations all the time or is it better to study the openings I already play consistently and know more about and their other variations which one is better to do for improvement
