We’re 3 members away from 500 in this little corner of the internet 😭 When I started this space, I just wanted a calm place for women building online businesses without relying on social media. And now, 6 weeks or so later, here we are… almost 500 of us building through email, collaborations, partnerships and owned platforms. So I have a little favour to ask 💛 If you have a biz bestie who would love this kind of space - someone who is tired of the social media grind and wants to grow in a more sustainable way - feel free to invite them in. Something interesting came up in a conversation recently about participating in virtual summits. Someone mentioned that it can take 9+ hours to participate… even when reusing a presentation and emails. And honestly… I get why. When you don’t have a system, it can feel like a lot of moving pieces: 🩷 recording 🩷 uploading 🩷 tech setup 🩷 promo links 🩷 email assets 🩷 graphics 🩷 tracking dates 🩷 remembering where everything lives It adds up quickly. But after hosting several summits and speaking in quite a few of them, I realized something: Most of the time sink isn’t the presentation… it’s the lack of a system. Now I keep everything organized in one place. I use a simple spreadsheet to track things like: 🧡 summit name 🧡 presentation topic 🧡 submission deadlines 🧡 promo dates 🧡 links 🧡 speaker assets 🧡 what presentation I reused So when I join a summit now, I’m not starting from scratch every time. I already know: ➡️ what presentation I can reuse (if I'm reusing one) ➡️ where my promo assets live ➡️ what needs to be submitted ➡️ when I need to promote It makes collaborations like summits and bundles feel way more streamlined. And honestly… once the systems are in place, they can become a really powerful visibility strategy without taking over your schedule. ⁉️ Curious… How long does it usually take you to participate in a summit?
