Something sad had just happened that day
Do you agree a single instrument with no sung lyrics can capture an emotion? https://youtu.be/Tld8fe1kDpI?feature=shared Note: I did make a few errors in the middle. I kept this as I like the ending.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Yeah it's so true. When I took lessons, I always practiced on a keyboard and the lessons themselves, were on a grand piano. The difference in tone and resonance a real piano offers makes a big difference, and that's not even factoring in pedals & nice weighted keys.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova yes totally, come to think of it - that's probably why they use it so much in the Botanica genre.
You have it backwards? 🤪

@Rositsa Aleksandrova ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a pleasurable, relaxing sensation characterized by a tingling feeling, often beginning on the scalp and moving down the neck and upper spine. It is usually triggered by specific pleasant audio/visual stimuli. Typically people watch it to assist with sleep, relaxation and easing anxiety. It was actually my wife who introduced me to it. I always used to experience it when they would pull us out of class to do reading tests in primary school, but I never knew what it was. It was so weird to finally put a name to it. ASMR has massively helped me get my sleep schedule back on track over the years so I'm making my videos because I really want to give back to the ASMR community.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova yeah! they create a relaxing tingling sensation, not everyone gets the tingles, but even those who don't, still often report that the videos are relaxing.
Producer Needed
Hello Tribers! I am looking to connect with a producer that can produce my music and can also help with mastering as well. I use Logic Pro, but am not super versed in it. I have a few songs recorded and will be creating new music as well. Most will be one stop with a few covers in the mix. 🎶 The vibe is singer/songwriter and I'll also be creating some meditation music. If this is something you are interested in discussing please DM me and lets talk. 🎶

@Rositsa Aleksandrova hahaha, same. I think it's easier said than done. I think I have a natural tendency to immerse myself in things. So it's a matter of spreading out that immersion over a longer period of time, that's where routines come into play, like that post you made about consistency

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny. - Frank Outlaw
Sanity check? New composition
I am hosting a session soon, and realized that I wanted some calm, "reflection on past" background music to draw out memories and give something soothing to listen to while filling out a worksheet. so I thought... why not make it myself? However, I am still quite new to composing, and I would like a sanity check on my music - am I making any egregious musical faux pas with it? Would it work well as getting into the mood of memories and thinking of the past?

@Katrina Wright Well you can always informally release on Youtube or Soundcloud. But if you're looking for more official channels, there's tons of good options for fairly inexpensive distributors, you can pay a low monthly/yearly fee to have them upload your music on all streaming/music services. There's a few good options for that, let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.
✨🌟 Daily Tribe Gathering 🌟✨ consistency breeds success!
Hi Tribers! Consistency Breeds Success is my saying for ages. I live and breathe it - just like music. But today, in our Daily Tribe Gathering, I want to share something that one of my mentors shared earlier and I asked him for a permission to share here with all of you! I think it’s super relevant and valuable. Will share in comments our convo of where I got his permission to share :) Now of to his wisdom: LETS TALK FACTS! I’ve been obsessed with this question: Why are the top 1% so successful? After studying hundreds of entrepreneurs, athletes, and leaders, the patterns are clear... Success isn’t luck, it’s systems. 📌 Research shows: - The wealthiest 1% read 2–3 hours a day (knowledge compounding). - 88% of successful people write down their goals (Harvard study). - 76% exercise consistently (energy = performance). - They build networks intentionally “your network is your net worth” isn’t a cliché, it’s data backed. - And nearly all of them run their life on routines, not motivation. But here’s the kicker → what separates the good from the great isn’t just habits… it’s relentless consistency. They don’t dabble. They don’t “try.” They commit and compound. That’s why you’ll often hear, success is boring. It’s the same daily actions, stacked for years, that create extraordinary outcomes. So the real question isn’t, “Do you know what to do?”It’s, Will you actually do it... over and over.... Until it works? Do what the 99% of people won't! Be CONSISTENT! 👉 RAISE YOUR HAND IN THE POLL IF YOU'RE ALL IN 🖐️, and COMMITTED TO BEING CONSISTENT!
