In a world that constantly pulls us in every direction, giving yourself even 20 minutes to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and just be with yourself is powerful. This work matters. Today’s New Moon breath meditation was a reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Together, we softened our breath, connected with our bodies, and created space to listen. Instead of focusing on what we want to release, we focused on what we are ready to receive. Peace. Trust. Love. Clarity. Abundance. Connection. When we slow down and learn to feel safe within ourselves again, we stop forcing and start allowing. We begin to trust our bodies, trust our intuition, and trust the path unfolding before us. Take a moment today to breathe a little slower, place your hand on your heart, and ask yourself: What am I ready to receive?

@Stephanie Flierl hi Stephanie! I meant to ask you if you have a YouTube channel with more breathe work and what is the best breathing to do .. for like unwinding? After a long day? Something we can even do before bed to recalibrate? Thank you always for the amazing work!
Awareness is where change begins.
Your thoughts create emotions, and your emotions influence the choices you make every day. When you’re constantly thinking thoughts of fear, lack, or self doubt, your body starts to feel those emotions, and over time, those patterns can shape your reality. The beautiful thing is that you don’t have to believe every thought that enters your mind. The moment you notice what you’re thinking and how it’s making you feel, you create space to choose something different. A new thought leads to a different emotion, and different emotions lead to different actions. Pay attention today. What stories are you repeating? And are they creating the future you truly want to experience? Awareness check: What thought have you been repeating lately, and how does it make you feel?

Yes! Thank you! This is very true. I am just learning to be more aware with myself, my body, my breathe, my peace and thoughts and it’s helping me be in the “now” in such a different way.. it’s changed my life for the better. Cherishing moments of stillness, moments where I can feel connections more deeper, and moments where I can feel me.. more deeper and it’s really where it’s all at. It’s brought me so much peace and understanding that I never want to go back! lol.

Missed the live Zoom this morning? I recorded the breathwork meditation so you can still experience it. Hopefully it recorded well so that you’re able to hear it. Take this at your own pace. Find a quiet space, get comfortable, and give yourself this time. I’ll be posting these in here so you always have access, whether you can make it live or not. Also, I want to make this work for you. If Sundays at this time don’t fit your schedule, let me know what does. Morning or evening, I’m open to adjusting so more of you can join live.
