Today’s New Moon breath meditation was a reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Together, we softened our breath, connected with our bodies, and created space to listen. Instead of focusing on what we want to release, we focused on what we are ready to receive. Peace. Trust. Love. Clarity. Abundance. Connection. When we slow down and learn to feel safe within ourselves again, we stop forcing and start allowing. We begin to trust our bodies, trust our intuition, and trust the path unfolding before us.
