Good morning & Happy Sunday! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted, so I wanted to check in with all of you. Since it’s Mental Health Month, I’m curious - what are your go-to mental health hacks when you feel yourself drifting or things feel “off”? Is it a walk? Do you have a happy place? Is it music? As we go into this weekend dedicated to gratitude, I want to express my own deep gratitude for each and every one of you. The community we are building here energizes me in ways I sometimes have difficulty explaining (much to my marketing mind’s dismay). I am passionately in love with: - Our 7am Study Group - your aha’s, your insights, your energy. Thank you for turning Tuesday mornings into a “charging station”. - The 333 mastermind - the magnification of the minds and the feeding of our individual projects. Thank you for your clarity and generosity. - Our monthly coaching calls - your questions, your input, your curiosity. Thank you for showing up and your willingness to get in the ring and share your zone of genius. - Your notes of love, support and encouragement. Start your Day on the Right Foot!
We changed things up at this morning’s Study Group with a healthy discussion. Thank you, @Brenda-Lynn Haley and @Yasemin Watkins for your insights and beautiful energy. In the waiting room before the call, I ran Mel Robbins’ “Why your Morning Routine Matters”. Here are the 6 Steps she tells us are critical to starting your day right: 1) Wake up within 5 seconds of the alarm, no matter what. 2) Make the bed. 3) High five yourself in the mirror. 4) Drink a full glass of water (try to delay coffee). 5) Get natural sun light. 6) Take a 10 minute walk. It was a great study session- great discussion and connections
AI assistance for Self Image script
I plugged my story board points into the paid version of ChatGPT and asked for a self image script. I like what I got - especially the last few lines which I will use as a daily affirmation. Sharing to encourage others to play and delight in what you hear reflected back to you! I will continue to fine tune the PDF format to get onto a single page... work in progress. Hope to inspire others to try
