Friday WINS 🎉
TAKING ACTION: ✅Let’s have some fun today and share those weekly wins! They all matter! 🎉 Just as we discussed last Friday, the same goes for this week—you’ve had plenty of opportunities to snag a weekly win! 🎉 Remember, the goal isn’t to win at everything. The goal isn’t even to have a big win every week. As I’ve said many times before, the key to success is found in the smallest of wins—the sustainable wins. Your collection of small wins over time is the secret sauce—it is the answer. 💯 Consider what went well this week and celebrate it. Did you crush your 24-hour fast? Did you lift heavier weights during your workout? Did you sleep better? Did you choose a healthy meal instead of an unhealthy one? If you really take a moment to think about it (and you should!), I know you’ve had at least one win this week. Don’t discount it. It matters—and celebrating it today is necessary and important. With that said, let’s celebrate, friends! There’s no better time than the present! 🎉

This week I cut my prescribed sleep medication in half, added a natural sleep supplement and started using the Be Well Co. sleep well inhaler. The goal is to get off the prescription meds, which I have been taking close to eight years for insomnia. I have tried before with no luck, but this time I’m trying to transition to more natural options. So far, I’m sleeping all night and waking up less during the night.
21 Mindset Recipes
TAKING ACTION: ✅Out of the list below, which one can you commit to adding to your diet this week? Remember, we don’t have to focus on cutting out foods—but rather crowding them out by replacing them slowly! Which brain-healthy food will you add this week? Share with me below! We’re talking about building our mindset muscles this week, and while that includes some intentional thought and work, there is one practical strategy you can implement immediately—nourishing your brain with whole-food nutrition! 💯 It may already be obvious that foods either positively or negatively affect your brain, but according to research, several foods are the real MVPs when it comes to improved brain power ⬇️ 🧠 green, leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and broccoli 🧠 fatty fish like salmon, cod, and tuna, as well as healthy fats like avocado 🧠 berries 🧠 tea and coffee (Amen!) 🧠 walnuts Nutrients from these foods (and others) will help protect and strengthen your brain as you continue to build your mindset muscle along the way! “The mind is just like a muscle - the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.” — Idowu Koyenikan TAKING ACTION: ✅Comment MINDSET below if you’re ready to learn about and build your mindset muscle this week! ⬇️ So far, it’s been all about glute growth, but this week, I want to get back to another form of growth I’m extremely passionate about—and that’s mindset growth. As the quote above mentions, “the mind is just like a muscle—the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets.” You already know the key to building stronger muscles… 👉 You work them consistently 👉 You eat well to nourish them 👉 You challenge them just past the point of comfort The key to building your mindset follows the exact same pattern, friends. Because our brains are so amazingly powerful, it often feels more difficult to change our mindset patterns, but in my opinion, it’s the most important piece of the puzzle if you want long-term success. We’re going to be talking about this all week—and I will be offering a lot of valuable information! I encourage you to show up every day this week. Remember, showing up is one simple way you can begin changing your mindset—starting now! 💯

TAKING ACTION: ✅Which tip (or tips) below did you complete? Share with me below! Sunday is always a great opportunity to meal plan, meal prep, reflect on the previous week, and prepare for the coming week. If you do nothing else today, make sure you take time to reflect. Self-awareness, reflection, and an honest assessment will reveal enough information to help you take care of practical strategies like meal planning, etc. When you master the art of being 100% truthful with yourself without beating yourself up, you’re well on your way to becoming the person you desire to be! Simple tips for a successful week ⬇️ ⭐️Take an honest assessment of last week. Make sure you’re being honest with yourself while giving a little room for grace. ⭐️Take a moment to plan out your meals for a few days. Something is always better than nothing. ⭐️Do an inventory of your refrigerator and pantry. Do you have what you need to cook the meals you’ve planned? This is part of being honest with yourself. ⭐️Grocery shop and meal prep if you have time. ⭐️Look at your calendar and plan now for your busier days! ⭐️Set an intention for the week and write it down. Read it every morning when you wake up.
