Appliance Removal
When you have a client for appliance removal, do you have to generally take the appliance out of "it's place", as in have to take it out of the wall, and remove all connections? Or is it generally protocol for it to be fully ready to pick up and leave? Thanks.

And a strap on the dolly makes moving it through the house easy. Might have to undo it to turn it sometimes but it's the best way

I'm $165 pick up or 255 delivery single machine or $465 for a pair delivery
New here! couple of questions
Hey guys! So I've been just fixing and selling machines is it worth it to do both? Is there a certain type of machine you classify as rental vs sale? I like the selling part because it's one and done

Im not able to keep up with demand to choose but I will say over all I would try to only repair and pick up top load either 5 light or direct drive WP Kenmore Amana Roper Estate conservator Maytag and then GE and hot point (the newer ones or really old ones skip the middle machines they are junk from GE and hot point) also Samsung top loaders arnt terrible. Suspension rods are usually the issue easy fix to refer with bens grease and foam. I rent and sell all of those. Top lint filter dryers are best. Some of the basic whirlpool and Kenmores that the filter are in the door are also good. Ge isn't bad but a little more time consuming to repair and parts cost more for GE dryers same with hot point.

@Mark Allred that is correct. I mentioned it because if a person doesn't know and I only say GE they think hot point isn't included in the point same with the other brands I mentioned. Whirlpool owns 8 or so names and the parts are completely interchangeable across many models LG and Samsung are their own brands but I believe those along with midia have some similarities as well.
First Lead
Just purchased my first lead for a working washer. Do yall usually call the person or just shoot them a text? I sent a text and haven’t heard from them
