Grab a notebook, if the films your film take notes on what you need to fix(what you did wrong consistently and how you got beat). If it’s on someone you’re replicating take mental notes and try to copy their every move step for step. And if it’s on an other team watch what the offensive lineman struggles on and gets beat by, look to see if they give signs on pass or run. Most can tell you based off their stance, and watch they’re first 3 steps to see if they go low or high and how they punch. Film is a skill just keep practicing it.

Hi, My name is Eddie Evans. I'm in the class of 2028. I'm a 6'2 240 freshman offensive and defensive lineman at Sacopee Valley High School in Hiram, ME. Below is the link to my freshman season film, i would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to watch it. Thank you for your time! https://www.hudl.com/video/3/22763925/6745f73ee4633310d1b93c67 (DL) https://www.hudl.com/video/3/22763925/6745f73ee4633310d1b93c67 (OL) Have a blessed day. good job man, making it look easy
Forklift
Is forklift a good move to have as a 2i/3 tech or that’s more for 4i/5 techs

just take a few plays to identify where the lineman punches, if they punch low swipe or cross chop them a few times to bait them to punch higher, then hit them with a forklift once they finally punch high. Just keep note that some lineman don’t care and will just use their body if the low Punch doesn’t work. It’s good for all techniques but it probably works better on the inside
Stance
Are there any ways that I can strengthen my hands and fingers to be more stable in a 3 point stance?

Something that helped me was holding a 4 point but easing weight onto my hand that was meant for a 3 point.
Stance
just wondering if anyone has any tips to create a better and stronger d line stance?

Once you get in the habit of doing it for long periods of time it’ll form, just get in the stance often. Even out of practice. And working legs and explosion is a key factor to launching
