Curious — are you seeing consistent $40K+ retail comps on 0.2–0.3 acre platted lots in Beverly Hills / Citrus Springs without sewer or clearing? Most of the resale data I’m pulling is in the $20K–$30K range depending on utilities and flood zone. Would love to see the $40K+ solds so I can align my MAO better for builders in that pocket.

My own worst enemy!
Ok, so I been messing around with this for a couple weeks, bought xleads, the whole deal…. Let me tell ya, I have scattered myself all over the place, not even intentionally, it just happened. Now I have all these open tabs in my brain and need to reset!! I seriously need someone to give me something direct, a certain buy box, anything that will help me have one focus to land a first deal!
