Here I’m with Jess on an upper day and highlighting how we can use a better set up to target rear delts. Cables make a fantastic choice here as they allow for constant tension and can be adjusted to suit the resistance profile you need. Cuffs are something I’m turning too more in my shoulder training to remove grip limitations in awkward planes of motion and to load more proximal to the shoulder.
