Targeting Rear Delts
First part in a series of videos talking about exercise selection and set ups more specific to physique goals. Here I’m with Jess on an upper day and highlighting how we can use a better set up to target rear delts. Cables make a fantastic choice here as they allow for constant tension and can be adjusted to suit the resistance profile you need. Cuffs are something I’m turning too more in my shoulder training to remove grip limitations in awkward planes of motion and to load more proximal to the shoulder. Try this bench supported cable fly to target your rear delts next time you train back or upper and let me know how you find it.

whoa that’s cool! Normally I hit rear delt flys on the pec deck, but this would be a cool exercise to try out for some variation.
